Qualifying school- WINNER WINNER

I don't know what more to say other then that I AM BACK :)

ALL the hard work, dedication, persistence finally kicked in and i think we all can agree on that it could not come at a better time.

Even tho i played great in Turkey last week i kicked up my game a little more this week.

I have never had so much fun as i have had this week, and of course WINNING makes it all feel even greater. But i much say i have never been so prepared for an event as i have been for this week. Mentally, physically and technically i have worked harder then ever and this time it payed of.

Its great finishing of the season with a WIN and also clocking in 24 birdies 

This win is a big win but not just for me but also for Norway, this places woman's golf in particular, even stronger on the map, even tho we already have Suzann and Marianne. The Win is made even stronger as i won by a total of 8 shots with the total score of -13 and while doing that winning with the highest winning margin ever in qualifying school.

Nr 14 Turkey . I AM BACK!!!

I AM BACK :)

The season of 2013 finished yesterday at National Golf club in Turkey. I played really well and are pleased to finish of the season with a strong 3rd place. Yesterday's round ( -3 ) was the best of the day at this very challenging course and took me from 9th to 3rd on the leaderboard. I did however need to finish top 2 to get enough ranking points to directly qualify to LET so it was with a bitter/sweet feeling I stepped up to the podium to get my bronze medal. BUT after being injured for several months and not being able to play nor preform it is at least great to come back on the top of my game  I am truly looking forward to the next season so now I just have one more job to do in Morocco ( q-school ).

Nr 13 Spain

So the end of the season is rely coming quick and even tho i have to been were i wanted on the result lists lately i feel i am getting close to getting my body and mind back to were i should be.

I went to spain a week early to practice so i could try catch up a little after all the weeks without much practice.

The venue i went to was Font del llop, a fantastic place in Alicante i can recommend to all. BUT when it came down to the event… yet an other disappointment…….

I don’t know what more to say!!!!!!

I have played a few golf courses in my live and a few tournaments but I think this week was one of the most challenging ones when it comes to weather and conditions. WOW…. It is amazing how a course can change so much due to weather and how different everything seems when the wind picks up! One example is hole 2 – I had everything from a 5 wood to a PW in my hand on the second shot!!!! That is a big difference!!!! No needless to say the scores were not matching the par of the course merely the weather. The cut ended up at +14, which is insane in it self and that is with only 25 players making the cut. Me on the other hand was not one of the top 25 and have to go home after yet another disappointing week. I had prepared so well, felt great and both my shoulders were feeling better then what they had I a long time. BUT I has beaten up over and over again by the wind!

Lesson learned: practice more in harder conditions and sometime its just out of your control.
